18 Karat White Gold Diamond and Sapphire Mounting. Set in an antique setting the diamonds and sapphires alternate. The Sapphire diamonds are baguettes. Along the sides of the shank there are diamonds set in an antique filagree design. Beautifully hand designed. .36 carats in baguette sapphires and .45 carats in diamonds. There is a 4 prong head that can be adjusted for any stone. The diamonds are fine white and SI2 in clarity.
