How do I change or cancel my order?
Call us directly at 973-635-9100 Monday through Friday, 10am to 5pm Pacific Standard Time. You can also e-mail us with your request, please make sure to include the following information; your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and order confirmation number. We will make every attempt to respond to your request within 24 hours.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be available if your order is in shipped status. Please contact us at 973-635-9100 between 10:00am and 5:00pmESTfor questions regarding changes to your shipment/tracking information.
I need a repair, where do I go, how much does it cost?
Please contact the store. We can have an item repaired for you or give you an estimate and let you know how long it will take. You can ship the item back to us or come into the store.
I like a piece I saw on your web site, does it come in another color of gold and can I have the center stone made larger? What would the cost be?
All of our items in our store and at our on-line store are as shown. But we can special order anything you need. It will take a little more time then with instock items. Contact us to find out about making a special order.
What are the standard ring sizes for ladies and men?
For Most ladies' rings, stock size is approximately a 7
For Most men's rings, stock size is approximately a 10
If you do not know the ring size you could always take a ring at home to a local jeweler and they can size the ring for you and let you know the size. Or you can give the ring in the standard size and have adjustments done at later date.
What is the standard Necklace Length for ladies and men?
Ladies are standard length of 16" or 18"
Men's are standard length of 20" or 22"
What is the standard Bracelet Length for ladies and men?
Ladies standard length 7" or 8"

Yes, just inform the sales associate at the time of pick up and your merchandise will be gift wrapped free of charge.
